Vancouver, BC, February 17, 2025 – Peter Edgar, CEO of EDGAR Development, was one of 49 business leaders in Vancouver to win this year’s annual Power 50 Award. The award, hosted by Vancouver Magazine, honors 50 of the city’s most influential changemakers, in fields that range from business to philanthropy, to culture, health and activism.
“I’m really proud to have been honored with this award. It was inspiring to see what other business leaders in the city are doing and thinking, and I’m grateful that our hard work and vision creating and building housing and communities is being recognized,” said Peter Edgar.
In just a few years, EDGAR has seen a huge amount of progress on its complex master-plan projects, a new investment fund and an equitable housing division. With more than 5,000 homes in the development pipeline, EDGAR will be active in the city’s real estate industry for years to come.
