A master-planned, complete community straddling the College Park and Seaview neighbourhoods in the ‘City of the Arts’, Woodland Park will provide over 2,066 homes to be built over the next 15-20 years.
The precedent setting project will feature approximately 325 non-market homes to be provided by BC Housing, in addition to 151 secured market rental and 1,590 strata homes, all with diverse options for families. Designed to embrace its natural setting, the existing green space will be preserved and enhanced.
